Description
A delightful perennial fountain grass that forms a compact, low mound of green leaves and produces soft pink-purple, brush-like flowers in late summer that last through autumn as they turn a golden colour to add winter interest. Working well in any garden style, ‘Hameln’ is versatile and can be used in many ways, as a specimen plant, fantastic in beds and borders where it would create dramatic backing and in planters with smaller plants.
Grow in full sun in a sheltered position in moderately fertile, well-drained soil and protect from hard frosts in the winter months.
