Acer palmatum ‘Higasa-yama’

Acer palmatum ‘Higasa Yama’ is a deciduous Japanese Maple known for its unique, intricately patterned foliage. The small, deeply lobed leaves emerge in spring with pale green centers and creamy white margins edged in a fine pink hue. Throughout summer, the foliage remains vibrant, with the variegation creating a textured, lace-like effect. In autumn, the leaves turn brilliant shades of orange and red, offering a dazzling seasonal display. This tree typically grows 4 metres tall, making it perfect for smaller gardens. Grow in moist but well-drained soil in a sheltered position and partial shade.
