Description
Acer palmatum ‘Ukigumo’ is a striking Japanese maple celebrated for its unique, variegated foliage and graceful form. The leaves emerge mainly white with soft hints of green and pink, creating a cloud-like appearance. As the season progresses, the variegation deepens into mottled green, edged with pink and white, adding a dynamic, multicolored effect. In autumn, the foliage transitions to soft shades of pink and orange. Growing to 2.5–4 metres tall, grow in moist but well drained neutral to acidic soil and partial shade. A unique focal point in the garden.
