A compact, evergreen shrub with uniquely twisted foliage and vibrant seasonal colour. Narrow, curled leaves emerge red in spring, gradually maturing to deep green before flushing again with red in the autumn and winter. Clusters of small white flowers appear in the spring. Reaching 50cm tall, it prefers moist but well-drained acidic soil in full sun or partial shade.
