Description
A small deciduous shrub or tree valued for its unique, fragrant flowers. In late spring to early summer, it produces large, white blooms with a deep red base, which are highly fragrant. The dark green leaves provide a lovely backdrop, turning yellow in the autumn making it a charming addition to gardens. Height and Spread 4-8m.
Grow in moist but well drained neutral to acidic soil in a sheltered position. Full sun or partial shade.
