Rhus typhina Tiger Eyes (‘Bailtiger’)
A deciduous shrub known for its dramatic, finely divided foliage and vibrant colours. Emerging in spring as lime green, its leaves mature to golden yellow, creating a luminous effect in the landscape. In autumn, the foliage turns fiery shades of orange and red, adding seasonal brilliance. Greenish-yellow flowers appear from June to August, followed by dense clusters of red fruits in the autumn, adding further seasonal interest. Height 2.5m Spread 4m.
Grow in moist but well drained soil in full sun.
