A dwarf form of the red oak. Red oaks are grown for their exceptional autumn colour, and ‘Haaren’ is no diffferent. A decidious tree with fresh green foliage in summer and brilliant carmine red in autumn. It naturally has a bushy, rounded habit creating a small, compact oak tree ideal for smaller spaces. Requires a lime-free soil, giving it’s best autumn colour on acid soils.
