A striking Sago palm admired for its prehistoric appearance and sturdy structure. This slow growing evergreen has a crown of stiff, glossy dark green fronds that radiate outwards from the central trunk, creating an attractive and symmetrical rosette. Grow in well-drained soil in a sheltered position. Full sun. Hardy to -5 but will require winter protection. Keep dry over winter. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
