Featured artists include:

Adrian Gray – Adrian Gray is the pioneer of stonebalancing art. He works predominantly with sculpture and photography, exploring the natural world of balance. He creates balancing sculptures using weathered stone ranging in size from small tactile rocks to massive granite boulders.

Chris Kampf – Chris studied at Leicester Poly gaining a BA Hons in jewellery and silversmithing back in 1988. He designed and made jewellery for three years before joining The Steelworks, which gave him a wonderful opportunity to weld various designs: desks, wall art lighting and a selection of weird animals, all from the Camden Lock gallery. In 1993, a move to Covent Garden and the creation of Rex the Mouse brought a whole new audience which has kept Chris busy for the best part of twenty five years, with Rex being sent all round the world.

Chris Pike – Working from his Hampshire studio in the South Downs, Christopher Pike’s practice centres on creating bold, contemporary sculptures and functional architectural installations that harmonise with natural surroundings. Drawing inspiration from organic and geometric patterns, such as growth rings and landscape contours, his work reveals the dynamic dialogue between natural processes and refined design.

Diana Pattenden – Diana is a sculptor of limited-edition bronzes and ceramic pieces. She also offers practical classes for people wishing to learn how make ceramic sculpture and pottery.

Freddie McAlpine-Riddell – Freddie is a metal sculptor who creates life sized or larger wildlife artwork using only reclaimed metal. With a passion for animals and commitment to sustainability, he creates unique and eco-friendly works of art that showcase the beauty of the natural and fabricated world.

Mara Sculpture – Zimbabwean Bernard Mavunga has been passionate about sculpture since childhood when he used to watch his uncle Biggie Kapeta – one of Zimbabwe’s finest sculptors, at work. Mara is the Shona name for the impala antelope; the antelope is Mavunga’s family totem. In Zimbabwean culture, everyone has an animal totem to watch over them and, in return, they must respect and protect their animal.

Sarah Pye – Our resident artist, Sarah creates large impressionist paintings, freely and intuitively. With nature’s colour, light and life always foremost in her mind, she drops, dribbles and splashes acrylics with impressionist expression.

Simon Connett – Simon is a blacksmith and artist working from his forge on the Devon Dorset border. Alongside gates and railings, he designs and creates contemporary ironwork of quality and beauty for all other aspects of the home and garden.

Tierney Bishop – Tierney has been fusing glass for nearly 10 years and concentrates on colourful pieces for the garden or to hang or display inside.
