  • Gemma is busy putting together a display of hardy exotics this afternoon. Taking inspiration from Thailand and Bali, this would look great in a small to medium sized garden. Ask the team which combination of plants to use to recreate this style in at home.

  • If you are looking for a climber, why not try something a little bit different. Solanum jasminoides 'Bleu' (Potato vine) is a fast-growing woody climber reaching up to 8 metres. It has green, semi-evergreen leaves and delicate baby blue, flowers in clusters through late summer into autumn. We think it's rather special.

Grow in full sun in moist but well–drained soil.

  • This is a garden made for slow mornings; a place to wander with a coffee while taking in the intricate textures of the grasses and the seasonal bloom of every flower. Get the look; here are some of the key plants we used in this design:

1. Hydrangea paniculata 'Polar Bear'
2. Erigeron karvinskianus (Mexican Fleabane)
3. Stipa tenuissima (Ornamental grass)
4. Alchemilla mollis (Lady's Mantle)
5. Oenothera lindheimeri (Gaura)
6. Various Roses sourced specifically for this project
