Description
Carex, also known known as sedge grass is a very popular perennial here at the nursery. ‘Ice Dance’ is a mound-forming, semi-evergreen grass, bearing long, linear, stiff, dark green leaves with creamy-white margins and insignificant, pale brown flowers in late spring. It mixes beautifully with most herbaceous perennials and is a graceful accent plant for borders, rock gardens, cottage gardens and as ground cover.
Needs full sun to thrive but will tolerate partial shade. Likes moist, well-draining soils.
