An elegant, compact perennial valued for its deep indigo-blue flower spikes. Blooming from early summer, it adds rich colour and strong vertical interest to borders and containers. The aromatic, dark green foliage forms tidy clumps, providing structure even when not in flower. Highly attractive to bees and pollinators, it thrives in full sun or partial shade and moist but well-drained soil. ‘Evening Attire’ is easy to maintain and can be cut back after flowering to encourage a second flush of blooms.
